November - With the weather that surrounded Auckland at Opening Meeting the track was always going to be a little
bit of a lottery but the MSB Motorsport Team did a great job and got to grips very quickly with the surface.
In heat 1 we started off grid 8 and got a great
start jumping all the way up to 3rd by the end of the first corner which was something we wanted to work on this season is
the starts of races. Unfortunately we got pipped on the last lap and finished 4th. A great start to the meeting though. Heat
2 started off again grid 8 and tried a similar line which worked really well untill middle of the first corner I ended up
with 2 slower cars infront of me slowing or progress, it was a constant battle right to the finish line. We finished in 7th
in heat 2.
Feature Race we started out of grid 8 again and
only 1 point out side the Top 6 (which this season comes with an inversion for the Top 6), it was a tough battle on a very
slick track as we were bumped to last race of the night. The changes Crew Chief Jason Brown made were spot on and the car
had real pace in it late in the Feature but with the track only being lane made it impossible to start. Great start to the
season with a 9th place finish and still more we can do to the car also.

November - We
have now completed the 2 preseason practices (one being affected by rain and the other just completed on Saturday) and are
preparing the car for the Western Springs Season Opener on Saturday 3rd November.
With over 30 Auckland registered cars in the the
TQ Class this season and only 22 being able to make the feature on any given night it will be difficult to qualify let alone
get towards the front, but with the changes CSR Fabrications have done to the car and the testing we have done with some new
equipment and Jason Brown back as the Head Crew Chief we are looking to pick up where we left off and aim for those podiums.
The main goals for this season for the MSB Motorsport
team is to try and finish as high as possible every week, also aiming to get on to the Western Springs Feature podium again
(as it was an amazing feeling last time) and finally qualify for the New Zealand Champs final which will be held at Western
Springs in early February 2013.

October - It has been a long couple of months getting the 7A TQ Midget ready for the new season. A lot of changes
have taken place and a new look to the car will definitely make it stand out on the track. A huge thank you has to go to Jason
Brown and all the great work that he has done in the off season with setup and making the car handle better. Defintiely the
brains of the team.
We have had a preseason testing session with a
lot of different ideas tried and just ironing all the bugs out of the car before first practice. It was a great day to try
a lot of stuff and thanks to Jason, Greg and Sue Pickerill for all the help over the day and a lot of expertise.
Lastly a huge thank you has to go out to the loyal
sponsors and supporters we have, they are all fantastic and racing this season couldn't be done without them. Thanks to CSR
Fabrications, Pickerill Auto Electrical, Signright, Castrol NZ, MR Motorcycles and Lane Engineering

August - With the 2011/2012 Season now completed it is time for a very extensive Off Season Rebuild. The car has
had a hard and long season and has even included a couple of roll overs. It is going to be a busy couple of months with the
intention to get the car back on track for a pre season test in late September.
Chris from CSR Fabrications is making a couple
of trips back to Auckland to help with the repairs and changes to the car. This season is going to be a busy and important
one with the biggest focus being on the New Zealand Championships at Western Springs in February.
